Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 August 2026
These Terms govern use of the Castessa Social Media Command Centre (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets authorised campaign administrators connect a Facebook Page and Instagram Professional account, view analytics, publish content, and generate reports, using the official Meta APIs.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be an authorised member of the Castessa campaign to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must have the right to manage any Facebook Page or Instagram account you connect.
3. Acceptable use
- You will comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, Community Standards, and applicable law.
- You will not use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you upload and publish. You grant the Service the limited rights needed to store that content and transmit it to Meta for publishing at your request. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on Meta’s APIs. Availability of features (publishing, analytics) is subject to Meta’s policies and API capabilities, which may change. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, or outages of third-party platforms.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any loss of data or reach caused by third-party platform changes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any breach of these Terms.
