Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete data that the Castessa Social Media Command Centre holds about you.

How to request deletion

There are two ways to have your data deleted:

• From Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove “Castessa”, and choose to send a data deletion request. Meta will notify us and you’ll receive a confirmation code.
• By email: contact the campaign team at [your-contact-email] and request deletion. We will confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Upon request we permanently remove the connected account records, stored access tokens, imported posts, analytics snapshots, and any uploaded media associated with your account.
